At Altair The Label, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
